It is in a great location, close to attractions yet just far enough for peace. The room service and housekeeping were excellent, making my stay comfortable. I was also impressed with the superb breakfast and the friendly staff who were always ready to help.

I recommend this place to friends. It’s worth considering, especially for a short stay.

Wonderful accommodation with excellent location in Merivale-close to great coffee shops. Location just next door to city centre, the Heartland Cotswold in Christchurch and Christchurch. Amazing and outstanding food, admirable service.

I had such a rough experience—staff barged into our room at 11 PM for a night check! It felt so intrusive.

We have stayed in this modern hotel for 1 night, everything was modern, the location was ideal close to ChCh attractions. The rooms were updated and good sized with a good heater in the main area. Location: the property was really close to shopping centre, and cafes/restaurants and shops...

I loved staying here! The upgraded room was lovely, and the location was super convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. It was a bit noisy from the road, but the comfy bed and great amenities made up for it. I’d definitely return!

the internet booking was bubbish.! think i got double charge for it. the rooms reservation are all mixed up. really bad !

The rooms here got a makeover recently, they were super clean, and had a cozy bed. It was a nice bonus to have a chill lounge area and a TV 📺 to relax in.

The breakfast here was delicious with a wide variety of choices, the gym and fitness center were convenient, and we appreciated the free parking provided during our stay.

After arriving off our flight from Australia at 2 O'clock in the morning was not happy when we arrived to find that Booked.net had not made our reservation with the hotel. The hotel was fully booked. The staff member was so kind he (Richard) gave us a room that they where renovating i did not care by this time all I wanted was a bed. Was not charged for the night after the stuff up. When this room we where put into was very nice

We used to stay here as a family, and I always liked the look of it. Location is good. Price was good.

We didnt stay in the nice part, it was the old & very basic part. The shower was tiny & shower rose way too low - pressure wasnt exactly grand either.. Bed was too close to the window so you cant walk around it without disturbing the curtain. Smelt a bit stale? Getting pretty worn. The worst part was the noise from neighbours & cars in the drive, especially the trucks Sat morn from 6?am on. Really sucked as I didnt sleep well both nights. Ventilation meant leaving doors open, but then light shone in via the kitchen window.. I must admit i was ready to leave after sat morn, but my wife didnt want to move. We usually stay at the elms as it is cheaper & very quiet, plus the shower is good, but I was keen because of the fancy look. Which I didnt get ;(

I had a great time at this place, it is well-maintained with dependable internet and a breakfast menu offering a variety of good meals.

Particularly helpful reception staff. Early breakfast was good as I had to leave promptly.

The room is lovely with a large, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.
